West Sussex County Council (WSCC) would like to engage with suppliers prior to a procurement which will commence in January 2026 for the requirement of providing a Supported Accommodation Housing Pathway to 16-25-year-olds. This notice IS NOT the commencement of the procurement procedure, neither is it a call for expressions of interest. This notice is released to gather more information to further inform our specification and to alert the market about a Supplier event on 29 October 2025. A separate notice and information will be provided when the actual procurement exercise starts in January 2026. The current contracts expire on 30 September 2026. We plan for the mobilisation to start in or around April 2026. The services are being redesigned and the WSCC are looking to engage with the market to help to understand the interest to bid for the services. The commission is a collaboration between WSCC and District and Boroughs. Please note that the estimated total value in this notice is subject to several governance processes among the partners.
