Description : Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to repair and decorate all timber sash windows within the Town Hall and the Assembly Hall Theatre (other than 5 units that were repaired as an emergency in 2020). A full programme of works has been compiled based on external and internal surveys of the windows and all visible defects have been listed for repair.
