Description : Willowbrook Leisure Centre is a purpose built building in the centre of the Ladygrove ward of Didcot. It contains a range of facilities including a large sports hall suitable for badminton; small hall; fitness suite; changing rooms; kitchen; foyer and seating area. Didcot Town Council need advice from a specialist leisure provider on planning and stategy for the building; tender options; analysis of tenders; procurement; options to run in-house; legal assistance with documentation and the transition to getting the building open and in use as a well loved public facility.
