The aim of the Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service is to support pregnant women and their families and families with children up tothree years old, who are resident in Angus and referred to the service by Angus Council Children, Families and Justice Service or projectpartners. The service will work alongside NHS services, supporting the needs assessment and will support families to access and engagewith early help that they need. Using holistic family support approaches, this will prevent the family experiencing crisis or the need forstatutory social work intervention. The service will support families with children who are resident in Angus and match them to the servicethat best suits their needs.
