Pre-Market Engagement (PME) Notice - Term Maintenance Contracts - Specialist Trade(s) & Works West Northamptonshire Council is launching a Pre-Market Engagement exercise to shape the future procurement of Term Maintenance Contracts, scheduled for formal launch in September 2025.
