Description:
Warwick District Council (WDC) is looking to procure a contractor for its Housing Repairs and Voids maintenance works to its 5,500 homes.

The current contract due to end 31st March 2026 was let for for 4 years, and an option to extend for a further 4 years was also taken. For information on the current contract, please view our contract register located here:

WDC is currently looking for feedback from the market to help refine its requirements, as well as any additional considerations and opportunities that should be included within the new contract. In addition, the Council has made an ambitious commitment to ensure that all of its contracted services are net-zero carbon by 2030. We would like to engage with suppliers to establish how feasible this commitment is within this particular market.
We are currently exploring options regarding:

o Distribution of risk
o Specified requirement feasibility
o Innovation opportunities
o Suitable performance measures
