Wandle Housing Association wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of works in respect of Cladding Remedial Works at Felix Court & Woodrow Court. Wandle Housing Association s undertaking an Open Procedure to select a suitable Supplier to deliver the Contract to commence on 1st November 2025 for a period of 12 months The Supplier will be expected to provide works as per the Specification. Full scope details can be found with the associated tender documents at ProContract. Please note within this tender process there is a mandatory supervised site visit.
