- Market Engagement Notice - Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Services Procurement Lead Authority: London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Partner Authorities: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster Procurement Type: Multi-lot, competitive tender Contract Start Date: 01/10/2026 Total Contract Value (Estimated): £5,000,000-£6,500,000 The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F), acting as the lead authority on behalf of a commissioning partnership with Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, is preparing to commission a new suite of services to support survivors of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). This procurement will be delivered through a multi-lot contract structure. We are inviting providers to a Market Engagement session to inform the upcoming procurement and gather early feedback on the proposed specifications, budgets, and delivery models. This early engagement will help shape the service offer.
