Description : University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is conducting market engagement in relation to its requirement for a continuous improvement partner.We are currently refreshing our organisational strategy which will place a greater emphasis on our role in improving the health of the population we serve, the quality and experience our patients and staff have whilst also reinforcing the identities of the local hospitals. To help achieve this, we are looking to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organisation.
