Description : The Council requires a contracting company to assist in the delivery of its Development Management Service, by supporting the assessment and recommendation of its planning functions associated with the determination of planning applications. It is intended that this contract will cover the full range of application type but focus mainly on the minor type of applications. The Service has started an 'Improvement Plan' and undertaken significant improvements over the last 24 months, which it is seeking to continue for the foreseeable future. However, to gain capacity the Service is looking for a reliable, experienced and flexible partner to assist with the delivery of its Development Management functions.
