Description:
The purpose of this Tender Arrangement is to secure an arrangement with LTE Group for the provision of large-scale print Services, with an experienced Provider to deliver the best possible arrangement in conjunction with exceptional service provision and demonstrable value for the LTE Group. The Provider will be instrumental in delivering a cost-effective, reliable and flexible large format printing and installation service with national reach and the capability to deliver quality products and services at pace to achieve LTE Group's objectives. This contract is intended to commence on 1st December 2025 and will be awarded for an initial period of 2 (two) years. Consideration will be given to extending the Agreement by 2 x 12-month extensions, subject to satisfactory performance. Regular reviews of the contractor's performance of the terms of the agreement will take place. LTE Group have been utilising a Large Scale Print service contract for several years and are now in the process of re-tendering, seeking a dedicated professional, provider to support our in-house team and businesses. The successful Tenderer will work reliably and flexibly in collaboration with LTE Group and its organisations to produce the required signage orders precisely, as specified, within the pre-stipulated timeframes using quality, durable materials and with all printing undertaken to an accurate and high-quality standard.
