Project Description:The Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators `Bidders` for the provision of collection, transportation and analytical laboratory services to enable the council to implement a comprehensive surface water, groundwater, leachate, marine water and marine sediment monitoring scheme, in accordance with the Northern Ireland Environment Agency Waste Management License, at the Giant`s Park, North Foreshore site, the council`s former landfill site located at Dargan Road, BT3 9LZ, adjacent to the M2 motorway at the Fortwilliam roundabout. The service shall also be required at the council`s civic amenity sites, recycling centres and the waste transfer station in order to demonstrate compliance with Department for Infrastructure `DfI` (Department for Regional Development (DRD)) Water Service consents to discharge trade effluent to a sewer and DoENI / DAERA consents to discharge into a waterway. - Documents:
