Description:
South Lanarkshire Council, Housing and Technical Resources, Building Services provide a Repair and Maintenance Service to various properties throughout South Lanarkshire operational area and have a requirement to appoint a suitable single source supplier for Supply and Delivery of Double and Single Glazed Frameless Units.A mandatory requirement of this contract is to provide a Service Delivery Model which is available Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year.The contract is based on volume of orders, where purchase orders will be placed on a daily basis.A mandatory requirement of the contract that delivery will be within 5 working days for void type properties and within 2 weeks for programmed maintenance works. Delivery will be to Hamilton Business Unit, Pollock Avenue, Hamilton, ML3 9SZ and will be required on the specified delivery date prior to 8.30am.The Glass Types are as follows:Float GlassToughened GlassLaminated GlassPatterned GlassGeorgian Wired GlassPyrodur Glass
