Abstract: You are invited to submit a tender for the Design and Replacement of the Curtain Walling to the north elevation of building 269 at St Martins Comprehensive, Hillside, Caerphilly, CF83 1UW.Design and install Curtain walling to the rear elevation of building 269 in accordance with the performance specification included within this tender pack. Design and install to be compliant with Building Regulations 2010 (Wales) Approved documents Part F (ventilation) Part N (Glazing) Part K (protection from falling, collision and impact) and Building Bulletin 101 Guidelines on Ventilation, thermal comfort, and indoor air Quality in schools.Engage, coordinate, and manage on site Asbestos removal contractors, to removal all contaminated materials off site prior to work commencing. The asbestos contractor may have to remove the curtain walling as part of the removal of contaminated materials and remove all asbestos debris all in accordance with asbestos report contained within the ITT all carried out by specialist contractors. - Documents :
