Description:
This is not an invitation to tender exercise. This is a pre-market engagement to invite potential Suppliers who have experience in working with local authorities to take part in this preliminary exercise to help inform the Council's on the development of our service specification, contract terms, and tender documentation relating to a 7-year term contract for Supported Accommodation for homeless single adults for the upcoming procurement this year. The Requirement 1. Are you an experienced provider of Supported Accommodation? 2. Are you resourced to manage this scale of assignment on a 24/7 basis with suitably qualified staff? 3. How long would it take you to source secure self-contained accommodation at short notice to safely house 130 single adults within the borough? 4. What would your move on plans be for this cohort, between say 6-12 months of their arrival?
