This provision required includes: - Housing Management for residents. - Intensive Housing Management for residents. - Management of the building. - Supply, installation and monitoring of CCTV. The above services to be delivered on a 24/7 basis. - Housing related support for the residents. - Management and Support will be face-to-face. - A swift mobilisation following contract award with all staffing in place. - The provision of a catering facility at the site that will enable residents to cater for themselves.
