- Tenders are invited for Senior Management Training The purpose of the consultancy is to develop a learning programme for senior leaders in the organisation focusing on leadership and influencing skills. Key objectives of the programme will be to: · Build skills and knowledge to strengthen external representation across country teams · Lead teams to create accountability and trust and create a safe workplace where teams will take action, use initiative and feel accountable for their area of work. · Build understanding of own leadership intention, self awareness, accountability The successful candidate will be working closely with designated staff of Malaria Consortium. To develop and build on appropriate leadership qualities of senior leaders in the organization. To create effective ways of working internally and externally to the organization by increasing visibility and Malaria Consortium-s influence in priority networks, positioning the organization for partnerships and funding, leading and sharing knowledge with their teams and coaching team members to these approaches and being accountable for actions The consultancy will be home based for preparation work with the option of a 1-day session in-person during a Leadership retreat planned for the week commencing 11 February 2025. Individual coaching activities could be a combination of in-person and remote. The consultant will prepare an overall work plan at the beginning of the assignment, which will be discussed and agreed with the supervisors. • Place of work: Desk-based and in-person (Central London location) • Type of contract: consultancy contract • Fees: Professional fees • Insurance: Professional indemnity insurance is a pre-requisite • Equipment: Should have own computing and broadband facilities for remote collaborations
