Description : Kent County Council has a requirement for the provision of Coring and Material Testing Services to be delivered by a Contractor on behalf of the Growth Environment and Transportation Directorate. The services included within this opportunity are coring and testing of utility reinstatements; coring of other areas for investigations prior to highway maintenance and improvement works; collecting of samples; sampling of materials used on the highway; carrying out specified in situ and laboratory tests and providing technical personnel and factual reports. The Contractor will provide the services in accordance with Good Industry Practice and comply with the Contract, specifications, British Standards, guides, protocols and codes of practice as updated, amended and superseded from time to time.
