Description : This works package is for the construction of a replacement kitchen dining facility. The works will include the provision of all Materials, Labour, Plant and Equipment and where appropriate Design Works, to achieve fully functioning and compliant kitchen dining facility in accordance with Building Regulations, Joint Service Publications (JSP) and specialist MOD Catering Standards, the designs and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to; - Excavation to form reduced levels for buildings. - Digging and laying foundations. - Digging out service trenches for water and electrics. - Laying and backfilling of underground services - Construction of buildings and other ancillary structures including but not limited to; Steel Frame, blockwork, cladding, roofing. - Placement of materials and components for infrastructure and buildings. - Finishing of building's exterior. - Site preparation and set up.- General groundworks preparations. - Site Clearance. - Above and Below Ground Drainage including grease traps, attenuation tank and pumping station. - Installation and connection to LV power supplies. - Supply, install, test and commission all, inc specialist, kitchen equipment.- Supply and fit all plant items, including but not limited to HVAC and AC unit... - Documents :
