- Bristol City Council (BCC, the Council) is seeking to appoint a Supplier to provide ‘sleeving- services to enable BCC-s own and other locally generated renewable electricity to be virtually supplied to nominated BCC and other sites. This will include the sale and export of surplus electricity to the grid, import of additional electricity from the grid to make up for shortfalls in generation versus demand, and managing non-commodity charges and grid balancing obligations.
