Abstract: PURCH2108 FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF AUTOMATION SERVICESThe University launched its Transformation Strategy, ‘Enabling Excellence- in October 2018. Since that point a lot of progress has been made to deliver change in core systems and processes for students and staff and explore new and innovative ways to deliver services.
