Description:
Provision Of Telecare Serivces
The Council is intending to advertise a tender opportunity for provision of telecare services in February 2025. The Telecare provision will include delivery of a response service provided in customer-s homes who are aged 18+ with a range of social care eligible needs. Bidders are required to carry the appropriate accreditation through the Technology Enabled Care Services Association (TSA) and comply with all standards through the Quality Standards Framework.

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will openly advertise the contract opportunity on ‘Open-.
‘Open- is our new e-procurement platform which is gradually replacing the NEPO portal (Proactis).
