    Project Description : Saviours House is a Council owned general needs temporary accommodation facility for homeless households located within the London Borough of Hillingdon in Hayes End just off the main A4020 Uxbridge Road. The four-storey building comprises of 28 self-contained units, providing a total of 121 bed spaces, associated car parking, landscaping and a children-s play area. All self-contained units are furnished.
    As part of the day to day operation of this facility the Council will retain several key functions including;
    • repairs and maintenance
    • rent setting and collection
    • identification and placement of homeless households
    • grounds maintenance and
    • specific fire safety and health & safety compliance responsibilities
    Under this specification the Council are looking to enter a partnership with a provider who will take on the on-site day to day management of the facility. This includes the provision of a ‘front of house- service, forming and maintaining supportive relationships with residents, ensuring compliance with the terms of the occupation agreement, providing cleaning and caretaking services and supporting the Council in ensuring maximum utilisation of all Managed Property.
