- The National Oceanography Centre (NOC) seeks to procure a comprehensive, integrated software system and associated services for the management of Health, Safety, and Enterprise-Wide Risk. The required solution will support and unify operations across the NOC's shore-based sites in Southampton and Liverpool, and its two ocean-going research vessels, RRS James Cook and RRS Discovery. The primary objective is to acquire a solution that ensures full compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code for our marine operations and the ISO 45001 standard for our shore-based occupational health and safety management system. This is a call for participation not competition.
