- The provision of Educational Psychologists (EP) to carry out Statutory Assessments and provide Psychological Advice as part of the EHCNA within the usual time frame of six weeks from the date the assessment is allocated to the EP. The EP will also be required to answer any queries the LA SEND Officers have in relation to the Advice provided to ensure clear evidence of whether an EHCP should be issued or not and if agreed to issue, provide a clear description of High Needs with Outcomes and Provisions to inform the EHCP. Assessments can be face to face or carried out remotely.
