London Borough of Hillingdon Service: Collection, Sorting, Processing and Sale of Commingled Dry Mixed Recycling The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to procure a service for the collection, sorting, processing, and sale of commingled dry mixed recycling. This service will include the collection of recyclable materials from the Council's designated transfer station, the sorting and processing of these materials to a high standard, and their subsequent sale on the open market. The Council seeks to establish a long-term partnership with a supplier who can deliver operational efficiency, value for money, and contract development over time. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for two further periods of 2 years each, making a maximum duration of 7 years.
