Description : The University of Bristol is seeking to secure property insurances.The University recognises that there may be a need for cover to be provided on a scheduled/co-insured/layered basis whereby multiple insurers provide the ultimate capacity required given the scale of the placement.The tender process is therefore being managed by Arthur J. Gallagher insurance Brokers Ltd who will conduct negotiations with insurers as indicated above should it not be possible place the cover with a single insurer.It is the University's preference to enter into a longer term agreement for a period of 3 years although it would be prepared to proceed with a placement for a single year commencing on 1 August 2022 or for a single years plus 2 extension options for a further year.
