We are therefore seeking input from the market as to what might be the most attractive and feasible way of scoping a future procurement opportunity. This preliminary phase provides an opportunity for the Council to obtain insight into how potentially interested organisations might approach the delivery of dockless e-bike hire services. It also gives useful early insight into the likely level of interest from the supply market.
