VAT The purpose of this PIN is to provide advance notice that the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology is considering undertaking a tender exercise to set up a new series of work packages under the Cyber Runway programme. These will boost the development of British cyber security SMEs with a special focus on removing barriers to growth. The government sees kickstarting economic growth as a key mission. DSIT plays a major part in that mission and its priorities include accelerating innovation, investment and productivity through world-class science, research and development; using technology for good by ensuring that new and existing technologies are safely developed and deployed across the UK and supporting a government which gives British citizens more of their time back.
