Description:
We wish to invite suppliers to a virtual market engagement session that will take place via Teams on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 13:00 for 45 minutes.
The Teams session will provide information to help support potential bidders to understand the opportunity, with details on:-
• Details of the opportunity and services required
• Social Value
• Procurement Process
• Q&A sessions
Organisations wishing to attend the market engagement session are requested to register their interest via the messages function on the portal by 12 pm Monday 13 October 2025. Please ensure you include the names and job titles of the attendees (max of 2 attendees per company) and a contact telephone number and email address. The Council will then issue a confirmation via an invite to the Teams session. Bidders will not be able to join the session if they have not had a confirmation from the Council.
The event slides & recording will be made available to all potential bidders as part of the tender documentation.
