Poole Museum has undergone a £10 million transformation, enhancing its visitor experience, cultural offerings, and commercial performance. The redevelopment includes the conservation and refurbishment of three historic buildings: Oakley-s Mill, the Town Cellars, and Scaplen-s Court and Garden.
