The Council is seeking a Contractor to supply Point of Care Testing Equipment and associated consumables for monitoring Cholesterol and HbA1c. This equipment will be supplied to providers of NHS Health Check Programme in Sunderland. The Contractor will work in partnership with the Council and local providers of NHS Health Check Programme to support the delivery an evidence-based and quality assured programme.
