Description : Plymouth City Council (PCC) is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise, by inviting potential suppliers to a take part in a Request for Information (RFI) before an upcoming procurement for a suitable economic partner to deliver a large-scale heat network transformation in the city of Plymouth. This project will deliver important strategic decarbonisation infrastructure for the city, utilising significant surplus or waste heat sources.
