- Salisbury City Council (the Authority) are seeking a suitable supplier for the provision a a maintenance and repair service to cover the above list as well as undertake various smaller Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) works / services on their estate, including listed building, work offices and public spaces, as listed below: Planned and reactive maintenance, including: Provision of a 'one stop shop' for works and repairs Electrical, plumbing etc Footpaths Buildings (including listed buildings) Public conveniences Parks and Open Spaces The Authority, in partnership with Hampshire County Council have previously attempted to undertake the procurement twice, however, have been unable to complete these due to issues regarding the fairness of the pricing schedule and lack of clarity in the specification.
