- This procurement is a Competitive Flexible procedure as described within the Procurement Act 23 which will result in a successful supplier who will provide Residential, dementia and nursing care provision in three residential care homes within the London Borough of Croydon, these are Addington Heights, Heavers Court and Langley Oaks Care. The contract is for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to 3 years. These services are currently exempt from VAT, however we are required to include the VAT inclusive figure within this notice.
