Abstract: Tower Hamlets Council seeks to appoint a provider or consortia of providers to deliver Employment & Skills services at London Fruit & Wool Exchange.The winning provider or providers will work in partnership with WorkPath, the Council-s integrated employment service, and will be expected to deliver minimum outputs which the awarded providers will be expected to improve upon during the contract period.The premises are offered rent-free for the contract period with the running costs being the responsibility of the successful bidder.Bidders will need to demonstrate a track record of successful interventions and provide detailed examples of successful outcomes in terms of supporting resident-s progression.
