- The London Borough of Enfield is seeking to award a Contract to deliver the operation and management of Barrowell Green Recycling and Reuse Centre (RRC). The service will be split into 2 Lots. Bidders are required to submit responses for both Lots in order to be considered for this opportunity. The Council will award to either Lot 1 or Lot 2, not both. This procurement process is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system, 'Atamis' https://londonboroughofenfield.my.site.com. The procurement is being run as a one stage Open Process under the Procurement Act 2023. Suppliers will need to register an interest on Atamis and submit a tender submission no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday 6th May 2025 to participate and registration is free. Tender submissions cannot be uploaded after the return deadline.
