Description : North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) is a new Unitary authority that came into existence on Thursday, 1st April 2021 following the Northamptonshire Structural Changes Order 2019 The new Unitary authority has combined the legacy District and Borough Council areas of Corby, East Northamptonshire (Thrapston), Kettering, and Wellingborough, along with the County Council functions of those areas, into a single authority.
