Abstract: NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB) is inviting interested bidders to apply to be accredited for the AQP Minor Surgery Services.Please note that the service is to be delivered to Leeds patients only and not across West Yorkshire.The WY ICB is re-opening this window for new entrants to join the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list. We are also requesting that current providers re-apply by completing the required sections to ensure that they still comply with the requirements of the qualification criteria.The aims of the service are to provide a minor surgery service that will:• Ensure equitable, timely, high quality and appropriate access• Ensure patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, appropriate to their care needs• Provide a streamlined patient referral processThe minor surgery service is commissioned to achieve three key goals:• Ensuring equality of access so that Leeds patients who are registered with general practices w... - Documents :
