- Leeds City Council (the Council) is looking into a potential procurement option to put in place future contractual arrangements for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a range of moving, handling and hoist training. This will include general moving, handling and hoist, optimised handling, and assessments/complexities for both adults and children's Occupational Therapists. This market sounding exercise is being undertaken in order to obtain views of suppliers and provide advance information for our Moving and Handling and Hoist training contract.
