Description : The works comprise of many key parts:1. The External Works will cover the following that is the roof. There are two different roof structure, one being pitched and the other being of a flat roof. An investigation into the condition of the flat roof stated that it is of good state of repair and that the pitched roof is not. The works for the pitched roof will include total replacement, as noted from a timber report there is a woodworm infestation so it would be useful for the contractor to salvage, treat and preserve as many good timbers as possible. The vent above the VC room is to be refurbished it possible during roofing works.2. Window replacement is required in various areas of the site and there is a bay window that requires replacing, all subject to planning application. This includes; the bay window in the VC room, additional small window in the VC room, First Floor toilet windows. The window in 'Margaret's room,' and the window in 'Dawn's' room. 3.
