- Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking expressions of interest from housing providers who have properties suitable for delivering mental health supported accommodation services. We will be going out to tender for a Mental Health Supported Accommodation service provider towards the end of October 2025. The service will be delivered from the 1st June 2026 for 5 years within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Council is looking for up to 22 self-contained units across up to 2 buildings, that also have space for support staff to work from. We are not looking for HMO (House in Multiple Occupation).
