The Council is not seeking a replication of activity already done nor a passive approach. It is essential to ensure that use of our UKSPF funding for this project drives a campaign which is very noticeable, different, fresh and successful. The campaign should both have immediate impact but also create a blueprint to help attract future funding and shape future activity.
