Description:
Lincolnshire County Council are undertaking a full service review of Supported Accommodation to determine the requirement from April 2027. Service users in scope include: Children in Care (CiC) aged 16-17 years old Young people aged 16-17 years old (not CiC) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness Care leavers aged 18-21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness LCC's service review of Supported Accommodation includes: local, regional and national data and delivery benchmarking; statutory requirements and best practice examples, engagement with internal stakeholders; engagement with Supported Accommodation providers; and engagement with young people aged 16-21. The Supported Accommodation service review is intended to lead to recommendations around system and service redesign, service development, and potential Supported Accommodation procurements, which will be in place by 1st April 2027.
