Description : BC is in the process of launching a Domestic Resource Efficiency Service ('Energy Doctor'scheme). Domestic Resource Efficiency Officers ('Energy Doctors') will visit eligibleresidents in Buckinghamshire to: provide advice on support available (including funding andgrants) to assist with the implementation of resource efficiency measures, identify andrecommend appropriate interventions, and provide (and fit, where necessary) LCERREmeasures to support the sustainable use of resources (including reducing energy and waterconsumption) and help mitigate fuel poverty.Buckinghamshire Council (BC) is looking to secure agreements with Suppliers regarding thesupply of low cost easy retrofit resource efficiency (LCERRE) measure materials.This ITT is for supply of portable solar generators. The products shall be fully portable andwill be comprised of a power station unit (comprised of combined battery and power outlet)and solar panel. Refer to the Specification for details.It is estimated that BC will require a minimum of 160 product units per year.Buckinghamshire Council is inviting potential suppliers to respond to this tender bysubmitting their proposal in accordance with the procurement documents.FTS notice reference: 2023/S 000-021040
