Abstract: The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a contract for the provision of extra care services at Mora Burnet House, a property owned by Origin Housing Management Services, which is a 35-unit extra care sheltered housing scheme located in Swiss Cottage.The scheme offers an alternative to residential care for older people, through supporting older vulnerable people living in their own tenancies in a dedicated building, in order to maintain and develop their independent living skills, maintain their tenancies, link them into appropriate services and provide care and support.
