- This procurement seeks consultancy services to support Abertay University-s InfoSmart project, focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive Records Management System and a Data Warehouse solution. The tender is split into two distinct Lots:*Lot 1 - Focuses on Records Management and the implementation of an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) utilising the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically SharePoint and Purview.*Lot 2 - Data Warehouse focuses on the design and implementation of a secure, scalable Data Warehouse solution, to replace the current reporting system that relies on a direct database connection to the Student Management System, specifically Tribal SITS. The main focus is on integration, data security, and long-term scalability.Both Lots aim to improve data management, governance, and reporting capabilities within Abertay University-s infrastructure.
