Description : To replace all components of the boiler room as per the specification. Including the supply of a temporary boiler generator to ensure the residents have heating & hot water throughout the project. Each site has different requirements as per the specifications, and the works described for 2024/25 and 2025/26 are reliant on future budgets being granted. The 3x elements included are BMS controls / boiler room refit / heating controls, as described on the tender breakdown, and consideration should be given to transferring energy from the PV system over to the hot water supply.
