Project Description :- HM Courts & Tribunals Service is seeking input from the market ahead of a potential future procurement. The potential requirement relates to the physical and digital publication of a series (6 issues per annum) of internally produced law reports relating to judgments in immigration appeals cases. Immigration Appeals Reports were initially commissioned in 1980 by the Immigration Appellate Authority (IAA). Since then they have been produced by the Immigration Appeal Tribunal (IAT), the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (UTIAC). The Legal & Research Unit (LRU) is responsible for managing the editorial content, production and distribution of the Reports. Originally the Reports consisted of 4 issues per annum, published at 3-month intervals. In 2011, the Tribunal began publishing 6 issues per annum, published at 2-month intervals. Each issue is a paperback book of approximately 300 pages in length. Each issue usually contains 12 judgments from a variety of different courts including the United Kingdom Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Administrative Court, the Scottish Court of Session, the UTIAC, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
