- Tenders are invited for Forensic Science Northern Ireland (FSNI) is an Executive Agency within the Department of Justice, provides a wide range of scientific services and expertise to assist in the investigation of crime and the presentation of scientific evidence in court. The Agency is an operationally independent organisation that provides a full range of forensic science services through its operational casework sections to its main customers, the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland, the NI State Pathologist as well as a number of other customers in NI and further afield. FSNI operates out of a large site within the PSNI complex of Seapark and as such has the need to pick up deliveries of goods from the main front gate. To facilitate these collections there is a daily requirement for a van for FSNI personnel. The van will also be used at incident scenes for the transportation of staff and equipment needed at scenes. FSNI wishes to purchase a medium sized van to replace an existing Peugeot Boxer type van currently in use by FSNI. FSNI require a new vehicle or a used vehicle with a maximum of 5000 miles.
